1. Technical cookies and storage (first-party)

These are necessary for the website to work and do not require consent.

• hc_area (first-party cookie): keeps your client area session open. It is only set if you log in to the client area. It lasts 30 days or until you log out.
• hc_entree (browser session storage, not a cookie): remembers the page through which you arrived on the website and the referring website, so that a contact message tells us which page it comes from. It does not leave your browser except within the WhatsApp message that you send and the statistics described below. It is deleted when you close the tab.

2. Analytics cookies (third-party)

• _ga and _ga_8V6RQ2BNVB (Google Analytics 4, Google Ireland Ltd.): distinguish visitors and their sessions in order to count page views and clicks on the contact buttons. They last 2 years.

These cookies require your consent (article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE). You may refuse or withdraw it at any time by blocking or deleting them in your browser, or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Google Analytics only loads if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. If you click “Reject”, none of these cookies is set. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

3. Embedded third-party content

• Calendly: on the contact pages the Calendly appointment calendar is embedded. Calendly may set its own technical and analytics cookies, in accordance with its cookie policy (calendly.com/legal/cookie-notice).
• Google Fonts: the typefaces are downloaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address. No cookies are set.
• Stripe: payment takes place on a Stripe page (checkout.stripe.com), outside this website, with its own security and fraud prevention cookies.
• Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or Google reviews do not load anything until you click on them.

4. How to block or delete cookies

You can allow, block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome (support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647), Firefox (support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cookies-information-websites-store-on-your-computer), Safari (support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri11471/mac) and Edge (support.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge). If you block the hc_area cookie you will not be able to log in to the client area; the rest of the website will continue to work.
