Proposals

A project built around your business, not a package imposed on it

There used to be a price list here. We removed it, and it is worth saying why: the same figure was expensive for a sole trader who needs one good page and a well kept listing, and unrealistic for a clinic with three sites and four languages. Publishing a number forced one of them to read something false. What we do publish, in full, is how that number gets decided and what you receive in writing before anything starts.

No public price list, and no fog either

Taking the price off the shop window does not mean hiding it. It means we tell you, in writing, once we know what we are actually talking about, and that from that moment it does not move. The quote is fixed and the perimeter is defined: whatever is not in it is not included, and we say so before, not after.

The path

From the first conversation to the proposal

Four steps, and in none of the first three do you pay anything or commit to anything.

  1. 01

    We talk about your business

What you sell, to whom, in which area and in which languages. Where your customers come from today and what you have already tried. Half an hour is enough.

  2. 02

We look at how you appear today

Your site, your Google listing, your reviews and who ranks ahead of you in your area. We tell you what we find, including the parts that do not suit us.

  3. 03

We tell you where we would start

Which of the three problems is yours and what we would do first. Sometimes it is one small thing, and we say so anyway.

  4. 04

    A fixed proposal, in writing

Scope, timeline, what is excluded, who owns each asset and what happens if we part ways. One document, with no annexes appearing later.

What we do

Four jobs, sorted by what they solve

This is not a list of technologies. Each block says which problem it attacks, what gets done and what should change if it works.

Presence

The problem
Your business exists, but online it shows up half done: an old site, an unmaintained listing, and neither tells the same story.
What we do
We build the base: your own fast website, a complete Google listing, consistent information everywhere your business appears.
What should change
Whoever searches for you by name finds a company that looks like what it is, instead of three different versions of it.

Visibility

The problem
The people who find you are the ones who already knew you. Those searching for your service without knowing your name find someone else.
What we do
Local SEO and continuous work on the Google listing and the map, plus specific pages by trade and by town for the searches that do not reach you today.
What should change
You appear on the map and in the results for your area for the searches that bring customers, not only for your own name.

Trust

The problem
You get compared with two others and they win, and you never find out why. It is almost always the reviews and the photos.
What we do
A system to ask for reviews without chasing anyone, reputation management, and real photography and video of the place and the team.
What should change
The comparison stops being blind: someone hesitating finds reasons to stay.

Acquisition

The problem
You need customers now and organic ranking takes months. Or you already spend on ads and cannot tell which ones work.
What we do
Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, segmented by area and by language, with the source of every enquiry recorded.
What should change
You know which campaign brought which enquiry, and next month the budget moves to what worked and off what did not.

Technology, in its place

Your site should be as fast as your customer's attention

Someone searching on a phone in the street does not wait. If the page is slow they go back and open the next one, and that customer shows up in no statistic because they never arrived. We build pages designed to turn a visit into an enquiry, not to win a design award.

  • Modern architecture, with no plugins that break and no update that takes the site down
  • Mobile performance, which is where most local searches happen
  • Technical SEO right from the start, not bolted on afterwards
  • Security and uptime, with no exposed admin panel
  • A real multilingual structure when the business needs one, not machine translation

Underneath all of that there are concrete technical decisions: Next.js, static rendering, declared hreflang and Core Web Vitals kept under control. They are the proof that the above holds up, not the sales pitch. We will happily walk you through them, and you do not need to understand them to work with us.

No small print

No surprises after you sign

We removed public prices because a number on its own says nothing useful about a business we have not met. What we did not remove is clarity: before we start, you have it in writing what gets done, what does not, and what happens next.

  • We explain what the project includes before we start, and what falls outside it.
  • You know exactly what will be built, at what scope and in what timeframe.
  • You know who owns your assets, from day one and in writing.
  • No new charges appear after signing. If something is added, it is agreed first.
  • Every proposal defines the perimeter of the project. What is not written is not included, and we say so.

The perception we want to kill is the usual one: cheap at the start, and the real cost turns up later. That is why the proposal is closed before anything begins.

Ownership

Your company owns its assets

It is the question almost nobody asks in time and everybody regrets later: if you leave the agency one day, what do you take with you? Here the answer is written down before we start, and it is always the same one. You take all of it.

  • The domain, registered in your company's name
  • The content: text, photographs and video
  • The data and the enquiry history, exportable
  • The Google and Meta advertising accounts
  • The Google Business Profile, with you as the owner
  • Analytics and access to the measurement tools

If we stop working together one day, the credentials are handed over and there is nothing to rescue and nothing to renegotiate. We work better knowing you are free to leave.

What people usually ask

Why did you take the prices off the site?

Because a bare figure always misled somebody. A business that needs one good page and a well kept listing is not the same work as a clinic with several sites and four languages, and giving both the same number was false for one of them. On top of that, an entry price makes people assume the expensive part comes later, which is exactly what does not happen here: the proposal is closed before we start.

So how do I know whether I can afford it?

By asking us, early. In the first conversation we tell you whether what you need fits what you can spend, before either of us wastes time. If it does not fit, we say so and point you at where to start on your own.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. Monthly work stops with notice, and one off work has a beginning and an end. Nothing renews silently.

Who owns the website when the project ends?

You do. The domain is registered in your company's name, the content is yours, the advertising accounts are in your name and so is the Google listing. If we part ways, the credentials are handed over and there is nothing to rescue.

What about the advertising budget?

It sits apart and is always paid from an account in your company's name, straight to Google or Meta. We manage the campaign; the ad money does not pass through us. That way you see the real spend and you keep the account if you leave.

Do you work with any kind of business?

Not with any, and not with all at once. We work with businesses in the province of Alicante and around it that already have a product or a service that holds up. If the problem is the product and not the visibility, we say so: sending more people to something that does not work only speeds up the damage.

Let's talk about your business, not our catalogue

Tell us what you do, where you are and what is missing. We will tell you what we would fix first and why, even if it is not with us. That conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
