Your Google profile decides before anyone sees your website.

When someone searches "near me" on a phone, Google does not show them websites: it shows three profiles and a map. The customer looks at the photos, the rating and the number of reviews, and calls. Your website comes into play afterwards, if at all.

What is usually wrong, and almost nobody checks

Most profiles we open show the same picture: a main category picked by eye on the day it was created, no secondary categories, services with no description, opening hours that ignore holidays and season, and photos uploaded three years ago from a phone. None of that is obvious, and all of it weighs on where you sit in the map.

Reviews are similar but worse, because there the customer does see it. A business that does good work every day can have four reviews from two years ago while the one next door has seventy recent ones. It is not doing better work: it has simply been asking. Asking is not begging, it is remembering.

What we do, in four steps

1

The profile, rebuilt

Main and secondary categories, service area if you do not receive customers on site, real opening hours including holidays and season, attributes, and every service described one by one instead of left as a bare label.

2

Photos that hold together

A coherent set, correctly sized, with the right logo and cover, refreshed regularly. Google measures how alive a profile is, and a profile with no new photos looks like a closed business.

3

Reviews, without buying them

We set up the asking: a short link, an NFC plate on the counter, a message after the job. And we reply to all of them, including the bad ones, which is where people really see how a business treats its customers.

4

Posts and follow up

We post regularly, with an image and a button, and each month we send you the profile figures: how many people saw it, how many asked for directions, how many called.

Included

  • Full review and correction of the profile
  • A coherent, refreshed set of photos
  • A system for asking real customers for reviews
  • Replies to every review, good and bad
  • Regular posts and a monthly report

Not included

  • Buying reviews: Google detects them, deletes them and can penalise or suspend the profile
  • Deleting a negative review that is truthful, because that cannot be done and nobody should promise it
  • Creating a profile at an address where you do not really operate, which is grounds for suspension

How long it takes

The profile is corrected in the first week. First movements on the map usually show between the fourth and the eighth week. A stable place in the top three on competitive searches normally arrives between the third and the sixth month, and depends heavily on how crowded your trade is in your area.

What it costs

It is monthly work, because the listing and the reviews are worked on every month and not once. The amount depends on how many listings and areas have to be covered. We do not publish a fixed price list, because the work is not the same in two different businesses: we give you the exact amount in writing before we start, and from then on it does not move.

Frequently asked questions

What Costa Blanca businesses ask us most.

How many reviews do I need to appear on the map?+

There is no magic number, and pace counts for more than total. Twenty recent, answered reviews weigh more than a hundred from three years ago. What matters is that they keep coming and that every one gets a reply.

I have an unfair bad review. Can you remove it?+

If it breaks Google policy, it can be reported and sometimes taken down. If it is simply an unhappy customer, it cannot be removed, and that is no bad thing: a profile with nothing but five stars reads as suspicious. What we do is answer it well, because that is what the next person reads.

I have no premises open to the public. Can I still appear?+

Yes. Google lets you set the business up as a service area, with the address hidden, listing the zones you cover. That is the right setup for plumbers, builders, photographers or consultants who travel to the customer.

Which matters more, the profile or the website?+

You need both, in that order. The profile catches the person searching right now on a phone; the website gives them the confidence to decide. A flawless profile leading to a neglected website loses the customer at the last step.

Could I do this myself?+

Yes, and with time and persistence it is perfectly doable. The hard part is not technical, it is regularity: posting, asking for reviews and answering them every week of the year, including in high season when there is no room for anything. That is usually where we come in.

Shall we look at your profile now?

We open your profile in front of you and tell you what is wrong and what can be fixed in an afternoon. It is free and there is no catch: half the time you can make the first correction yourself.
