Why this site publishes a price and yours is not on it
If you arrived here from one of our pages for local businesses, you will have seen that we publish our prices, and that they are low. And if you are asking for a quote to market a development, the number we are about to give you looks nothing like them. This is not a trick, nor a rate that changes with the customer’s face: they are two different jobs. This page sets out exactly how, so you can judge it yourself.
The two things we do, and why they do not cost the same
For a Costa Blanca business we build a website paid once, plus monthly services taken only if wanted. That job is almost always the same: the same pages, one or two languages, the same Google profile. Because it is always the same, a price can be published and honoured. Hiding it would not be caution, it would be a negotiating tactic.
For a developer we build an entire sales channel: the development website, a page per unit, the photographic material, the campaigns per country, the record of where every enquiry came from and the follow up over months. No two of those are alike: units, languages, countries, what already exists and what has to be made from nothing all change. A published price would be false a week later.
What does not change is the rule: the whole amount is written down before anything starts, and no charge appears afterwards. A quote that starts cheap and swells along the way is worse than an expensive one announced at the outset, because it breaks the development’s cash forecast.
What pushes the quote up or down
- 01
How many units, and what stage the build is at
Eight finished villas and sixty off plan do not cost the same. With the build advanced there is material to photograph; off plan everything has to be manufactured, and the buyer needs more proof before deciding.
- 02
How many languages, and how many countries
A language is not a translation, it is a channel that has to be written, maintained and answered. It is the variable that moves the quote most, and also the first one we suggest cutting when the number frightens you: two languages properly served beat five done halfway.
- 03
What material already exists, and in what state
If your architecture practice already delivers usable renders and drawings, they are reused and the quote comes down. If photography, aerial video and sales drawings have to be produced from scratch, it goes up. This is checked before numbers are given, not after.
- 04
How long the engagement runs
A development is not sold in six weeks. The monthly part covers running the campaigns, answering, reporting and keeping availability current for as long as the sales phase lasts. The longer the commitment, the better the price per month.
- 05
Who pays for and controls the advertising
Google and Meta spend is separate and paid from an account in the developer’s name, so you see every euro in your own dashboard. We take no hidden percentage of that spend: our work is charged at its own price, not as a share of what you spend on ads.
What our quotes always contain
- The entry amount and the monthly amount, separated and written down
- The list of what is included, worded so it can be checked at the end
- The list of what is not included, usually the most useful part of the document
- The publication date and the campaign start date
- The recommended advertising budget, shown separately and paid by you
- The exit terms, including what you take with you the day you leave
What you will not find in it
- A percentage of advertising spend that is not written on the first page
- A lock in that forces you to pay for months of work you no longer want
- Ownership of the domain or the data withheld as payment security
- A promised number of reservations, which nobody honest can sign
How the process runs
First a twenty minute conversation to see whether it makes sense. Then we look at your development as it appears online today and hand you the inventory, even if we never end up working together. With that inventory in front of us the quote is written, as a document, with its scope. From first contact to quote in hand, a week as a rule.
And if you want a number before talking
That is fair, and we understand it: nobody wants to spend a meeting discovering they are not in the same order of magnitude. Write to us with the number of units, the sale price range and the countries you sell into, and we will send back a budget range in writing before any meeting. If the range does not fit, we will have saved us both the time.
See the developers sectionThe uncomfortable questions, answered
Am I being charged more for being a developer?
You are being charged more because the work is larger and lasts longer: five languages instead of one, dozens of unit pages instead of five pages, campaigns run every week throughout the sales phase. If we built you a shop website it would cost what the pricing page says. What we do not do is move the figure according to what you look able to pay.
There are no prices anywhere else on the site either. Why not?
It is real and it is still sold at that price, to local businesses. What we changed is that we no longer show it on the pages aimed at developers, because there it does not inform, it confuses. Same agency, two different products, and no reason to show you the other one’s catalogue.
What if the development sells faster than expected?
The monthly part stops. We do not charge for months of campaign management that are no longer needed, and you keep the website and the data. We would rather your next development came back to us than squeeze the one already sold.
And if it does not work?
It shows in the numbers, and it shows early, because every enquiry carries its origin. If after three months the channel is not performing, the conversation is not about whether you like the website: it is about which campaign, which country and which page are failing, and what changes. And if the conclusion is that there is no market there, we will say so, even if it costs us the contract.
Ask for the range before the meeting
Number of units, sale price range, countries you sell into. With that we send back the order of magnitude in writing, and only then, if it fits, do we sit down.
The other pages in this section
This section is for property developers. If you run a shop, a restaurant or a clinic, the rest of the site is for you, with published prices.
